We begin by listening to learners, schools, caregivers and communities, bringing their lived experiences into dialogue with research and evidence. Through needs assessments, participatory programme design and continuous learning, we identify barriers to education and opportunity and develop integrated responses that connect education access, life skills and leadership, wellbeing, digital capability and household resilience. We have collaborated with research institutions such as Kenyatta University HERI Africa Research Chair to strengthen the connection between research and action. These partnerships support evidence generation, programme design and the measurement of outcomes, helping us understand what works, for whom and under what conditions. Through needs assessments, participatory programme design and continuous learning, we identify barriers to education and opportunity and develop integrated responses that connect education access, life skills and leadership, wellbeing, digital capability and household resilience. By connecting community knowledge, academic research and implementation experience, we work towards locally relevant, sustainable solutions that enable children and young people to thrive.
